How to Qualify for the 100 Night Comfort Exchange

When you purchase a Sleep Monk waterproof mattress protector with your mattress, you’ll automatically qualify for the 100 Night Comfort Exchange. The mattress protector keeps your mattress in pristine condition, ensuring it’s eligible for exchange while protecting your warranty.

We want you to love your mattress and sleep soundly, knowing you have the flexibility to make a change if needed.

What Can Void Eligibility?

To ensure your mattress remains eligible for exchange:

  • Avoid burns, marks, or spills on the mattress.
  • Always use your Sleep Monk mattress protector.
  • The mattress must be returned in clean, like-new condition.
  • The exchange must occur within the 100-night timeframe.

100 Night Comfort Exchange - Terms & Conditions

Our 100 Night Comfort Exchange program is designed to offer flexibility and peace of mind:

  1. Minimum Sleep Period: You must sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights from the delivery date before requesting an exchange. This gives your body time to adjust to the new sleeping surface.
  2. Exchange Window: Exchanges can be made within 100 nights from the date of delivery.
  3. Eligible Items:
    • The program applies to mattresses only (not bases or accessories).
    • Mattresses must be exchanged for one of equal or greater value (no refunds or exchanges for lesser-value items).
  4. Ineligible Items:
    • Custom-sized mattresses.
    • Adjustable bases or mattresses.
    • Clearance or pre-loved items.
  5. Condition: The mattress must be in perfect condition—no spills, stains, or marks.
  6. Delivery Fees: A delivery fee will apply for the exchange.
  7. Steam Cleaning Fee: A R395 fee will be charged to clean the exchanged mattress, ensuring it meets our hygiene standards.
  8. One Exchange Only: Each customer is eligible for one comfort exchange per mattress purchase.

How It Works

  1. Sleep and Adjust: Sleep on your new Sleep Monk mattress for at least 30 days.
  2. Evaluate Comfort: If you’re not satisfied, contact us to arrange an exchange.
  3. Return in Perfect Condition: Ensure the mattress is clean and protected with the Sleep Monk waterproof protector.
  4. Select a Replacement: Choose a mattress of equal or greater value.
  5. Delivery and Pickup: Pay the delivery fee for the exchange, and we’ll handle the rest.
